Environmental Corporation of America's (ECA) client, TeleCom Development Services, LLC
(on behalf of AT&T Mobility), is proposing to lease a 100-foot by 100-foot (approximate 30-
meter by 30-meter) area for the construction of a telecommunications facility as described in the
following FCC Form 620, New Tower (NT) Submission Packet The facility would consist of a _
fenced compound surrounding a 31 0-foot tall (overall height) guyed telecommunications
structure and associated ground-level support equipment The facility would also include three
guy wire easements of varying lengths. The northern guy wire easement would be approximately
189-foot long by 30-foot wide (58-meters by 9-meters). The southeastern guy wire easement
would be approximately 187-foot long by 30-foot wide (57-meters by 9 meters). The
southwestern guy wire easement would be approximately 175-foot long by 30-foot wide (53-
meters by 9 meters). The facility would be accessible by a proposed approximate 637-foot long
by 30-foot wide (194-meter by 9-meter) access/utility easement.
ECA has identified and evaluated Historic Properties, if any, within the Area of Potential Effect
(APE) for visual and direct effects as directed in Section VLD. 1 and 2 of the Nationwide
Programmatic Agreement, effective on March 7, 2005. We have found no properties listed in the
National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) within either APE.
