Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed Section 106 Review Documentation, FCC Form 620, for our client, Georgia Power Company, concerning a proposed communications structure located off of Freeman Road, near Bonanza, Clayton County, Georgia. The APE for Direct Effects for this proposed communications facility includes a proposed 8-foot by 8-foot (2-meter by 2-meter) monopole site area with the center located at approximately N33° 28’ 35.6” W84° 19’ 53.0” (UTM: Zone 16 747977E 3707307N) and would contain a 163-foot (overall height) monopole communications structure and would be located within an existing gravel-covered substation.
