Archaeological Assessment of Project STP-011-1(50), Muscogee County

The proposed project would consist of the paving of approximately 0.6 m (2 ft left and right) of the existing shoulders on SR 1/US 27 in Muscogee County. The project would begin at the intersection of I-185 and end at the intersection of Moon Road. All construction will be limited to the existing shoulders. An archaeological survey consistent with the project description was conducted along the entire project corridor.
