The proposed project would consist of the paving of 0.6 m (2 ft) shoulders of SR 52 in Gilmer County. The proposed project would begin at the intersection of River Street (MP 14.06) and would end at the Dawson County line (MP 28.24). No additional right-of-way would be required for the completion of the proposed project. An archaeological survey consistent with the project description was conducted along the entire project corridor.
