The proposed project consists of the leyeling and resurfacing of SR 103 in Harris County. The proposed project would begin at the intersection of SR 219 (MP 0.00) and extend northwest to end at the intersection of SR 18 (MP 13.92) in Troup County. Also included in this project would be the construction and paving of a 0.60 m (2 ft) shoulders at various locations throughout the project corridor. No additional right-of-way would be required for the completion of the proposed project. An archaeological survey Consistent with the project description was conducted along the entire project corridor.
