The Department is intending to exchange property with Baxter Pharmaceuticals to facilitate a future development in this area. Track 1: The property is located to the east of the 1-20 and US 278/SR 12 interchange (located to the east of Stanton Road). The area in question was previously a dirt road that was bisected with the construction of 1-20. The bisected road was reconstructed to parallell-20 and tie into US 278/ SR 12 to the south of the current interchange. The property in question is approximately 350 feet in length and 35 feet in width. Track 2: is located between 1-20 and Stanton Springs Parkway along SR 12. The area is 13.271 square feet and is about 350 feet in length and 35 feet in width.
