The proposed project consists of improvements to the SR 16 and SR 3/US 19 intersections in Spalding County, Georgia. The project has been surveyed four times for archaeology. Erica Jeter surveyed the project in 1999 and in 2001 and Teresa Lotti surveyed the project in 2003 and in 2011 (HP991109-003/HP000619-00S). Since that time the project has been changed to Include Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) urban storm water ponds. Also, some added required right-of-way has been added around other drainage structures along the project corridor.
