This third addendum addresses a remnant parcel that is located approximately 300 meters north of the southern project corridor terminus. The project area is approximately .10 acre and will be considered a portion of the corridor’s APE.
As currently proposed, the project would extend approximately 1,812.5 feet southward, and approximately 1,729.5 feet northward, from the ends of the proposed bridge. Total bridge length would be 448 feet. Total project length is approximately 3,990 feet (0.756 mile). The proposed bridge would be constructed of four 112’ spans of 63BT PSC beams on concrete intermediate bents. The bridge roadway would have 44-foot wide clear width (47 feet and 3 inches out to out), consisting of two 12-foot travel lanes and two 10-foot shoulders. The typical roadway section would be two 12-foot lanes and two 10-foot rural shoulders. Additional right-of-way and/or easements would be needed on both sides of SR 36. This additional right-of-way would measure approximately 243,762 square feet (5.596 acres). Slope and driveway easement is estimated to total 40,786 square feet (0.936 acre). Needed right-of-way and/or easements would not exceed 100 feet beyond existing right-of-way except at the specific locations covered by this addendum on the west side of SR 36. At these locations, right-of-way and/or easements would not exceed approximately 185 feet beyond the existing right-of-way.
