This maintenance project would consist of spot milling, leveling, resurfacing, and striping along a 1.87 mile section of SR 27/US 341 from Mile Post 19.52 to Mile Post 21.30 in Telfair County, Georgia. Additionally, the project would include the installation of raised pavement markers and earth shoulder filling, which involves adding a wedge of dirt (0 to 1.5 inches up to 4 feet wide) to prevent an edge of pavement drop off. Side roads within the project limits would also be resurfaced to a distance of 15 feet from the existing edge of pavement. Fourteen curb cuts for wheelchair access would also be placed at four intersections along SR 27/US 341. No additional right-of-way is required.
