Abstract

The proposed project consists of the transfer of surplus property in Muscogee County; this property, currently owned by the Georgia Department of Transportation, will be placed on the market by the Department's Right-of-Way Office. The surplus property is Parcel Number 5R, part of Land Lot 114, Coweta Reserve, near Columbus, in Muscogee County, Georgia (see Figure 1). The parcel is approximately 0.607 acre.
