The proposed project would consist of milling, inlay, patching, leveling, paving the shoulders, permanent marking, installation of rumble strips, and the reconstruction of existing and construction of new ADA ramps/curb cuts along SR 520 Business beginning on the north side of the SR 520 interchange through Albany to the....east side of the SR 520 interchange in Lee County, Georgia. The same improvements are taking place on SR 3 from north of 2151 Avenue in Dougherty County to north of Jordan Road in Leesburg. The ADA ramps_ are located at 75 intersections along SR 520 Business. The APE is limited to the existing rights-of-way along SR 520 Business and SR 3. The existing right-of-way along SR 520 Business varies with a maximum of 117 feet and a length of 11.97 miles. The existing right-of-way along SR 3 varies with a maximum of 102 feet and a length of 8.3 miles.
