Abstract

As part of our site research and inventory, we walked the site and did a visual survey. During this survey we did not see or notice anything unusual that could be the remnants of an earlier settlement. We also asked local people it they knew of, or ever heard or saw anything unusual on this site in respect to historical or archeological significance and further checked the survey done in the Georgia State Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan. From this research we were unable to uncover any evidence that there were significant historical or archeological artifacts, structures or areas in existence on the particular site. We would welcome any professional group to undertake a private survey to verify these findings.
