The North Peach County Park as proposed will occupy an estimated 11.06 acres of ground on the north side of the Old Perry Road (now White Road), approximately one-quarter mile from the intersection with Georgia Highway 49 in Byron, Georgia. The site appears to contain only two standing and two collapsed structures, all of which appear to date from the first three decades of the twentieth century. The structures on the proposed park site once functioned as part of a small farm complex, of which the main house and farm building remain on the adjoining property. The two properties were separated approximately twenty years ago during the division of the larger farm property.
