Abstract

PI 0007691 consists of widening SR 92 from Malone Road to Nebo Road in Douglas and Paulding Counties, Georgia. From Malone Road to Bill Carruth Parkway, the primary typical section would consist of six 11-foot travel lanes, three in each direction, with a 20-foot raised, grassed median and 6.5-foot paved outside shoulders on both sides that include 4-foot bike lanes. From Bill Carruth Parkway to Nebo Road, the primary typical section would consist of four 11-foot travel lanes, two in each direction, with a 16-foot raised, grassed median and a 12-foot urban shoulder that includes a 2-foot grass strip, 2.5-foot curb and gutter, and 5-foot sidewalk on the east side of the road and a 17-foot shoulder that includes a 2-foot grass strip, 2.5-foot curb and gutter, and 10-foot multi-use trail on the west side. Existing right-of-way (ROW) is approximately 100 feet. Proposed ROW ranges from approximately 150 to 280 feet. This third addendum addresses areas where the required ROW and/or easements have expanded beyond the original survey limits
