Archaeological Assessment of Project STP-M000-00(345), Lanier and Clinch Counties, Milling, grooving and resurfacing 2 foot left and right along State Route 37, from the intersection of US 129 eastward to US 84 for a total length of 14.55 miles. The proposed project would consist of the reconstruction and paving of a 2' section of the existing shoulder and the leveling and resurfacing of SR 37 in Lanier and Clinch County. The proposed project would begin at the intersection of US 129 and would extend east to US 84. The existing typical section consists of two 12' lanes with 6' grass shoulders on each side. The proposed project would be completed within the existing right-of-way, which is approximately 80'. The total project length would be approximately 14.551 miles.
