Archaeological Assessment of Project STP-M000-00(663), Early County, Milling, grooving and resurfacing 2 foot left and right along State Route 62 Bypass, from the intersection of State Route 62 on the west side of Blakely northward and eastward to the State Route 62 intersection on the east side of Blakely, for a total length of 14.55 miles. The proposed project would consist of the reconstruction and paving of a 2' section of the existing shoulder and the leveling and resurfacing of SR 62 Bypass in Early County. The proposed project would begin at the intersection of SR 62 on the west side of Blakely and would extend north and then east to the intersection of SR 62 on the east side of Blakely. The existing typical section consists of two 12' lanes with 6' grass shoulders on each side. The proposed project would be completed within the existing right-of-way, which is approximately 80'. The total project length would be approximately 14.551 miles.
