Archeological Assessment of a Fulton County Ramp Meter Project. This proposed project consists of installing ramp meters, enhanced VDS cameras and CCTV cameras at all on-ramp locations between I-85 and I-285 on SR 400. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way, no new right-of-way is required. The proposed project would install ramp meters and enhanced VDS cameras and CCTV cameras at all on-ramp locations between 1-85 and 1-285 on SR 400. The new CCTV cameras would allow for improved monitoring of the interchanges and operation of the ramp meters at the Transportation Management Center (TMC). The proposed project would tie into existing fiber optic trunk lines along SR 400.
