The proposed work will take place at the intersection of State Route (SR) 44 Spur/Harris Road and GWRC Railroad in Wilkes County, Georgia (Figure 1). The proposed work consists of installing center, edge, stop lines, advance warning signs, and pavement makings on SR 44 Spur as the existing roadway approached to GWRS Railroad. An existing driveway is being relocated and a concrete pipe is being extended. All proposed work would be done within existing State Route and Railroad Right-of-Way (ROW), which is approximately 100 feet.
