Archaeological Assessment of the Walton County Project along SR 83, Consisting of Leveling, Milling, Resurfacing, from MP 0.0 at the Morgan/Walton County line to MP 8.99/ SR 10 for an approximate length of 8.99 miles. Pursuant to the February 2000 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Federal Highway Authority (FHW A), the State Historic Preservation Di vision of the Department of Natural Resources (SHPO), and the Georgia Department of Transportation, this project is considered an undertaking as defined in 36 CFR 800. 16(y), however, it has been determined there is no potential to affect historic properties included in or considered eligible for inclusion in the NHRP.
