Bridge Categorical exclusion, BRZLB-285(6), Troup County. It occurs on Youngs Mill Road/ CR 282 over the stream Shoal Creek. The existing bridge is 81 feet by 20 feet with timber piles, concrete caps, steel beams, and concrete deck. The existing ROW is 80 feet. This project will establish the bridge at 100 feet by 32 feet and will have an ROW of 100 feet. The purpose of this project is to replace an existing narrow and structurally deficient bridge and then by improving the operational safety of the route. This bridge has a Sufficiency Rating of 11 .0 and a Needs Rating of 63.
