Abstract

This is a bridge project, BRSLB-2278(3), located in Carroll County. The bridge is on CR 839/ Flat Rock Road in Sand Hill and crosses Bay Springs Creek. The existing structure is 50 feet long and 27.5 feet wide and is made out of timber, steel, and concrete. The proposed project would replace the existing bridge with on that is 100 feet long and 38 feet wide. The required right-of-way is 52 feet.
