We have reviewed the concept report on the above project, Project IM-20-2(164), for the "Augusta Welcome Center"/S.R.A. No. 164 located in Richmond County along the I-20 East Corridor. We note this project will upgrade the existing facility with respect to general building and maintenance of the exterior and interior, electrical and plumbing replacement. THE AUGUSTA WELCOME CENTER/S.R.A. i64 IN RICHMOND COUNTY NEEDS TO HAVE SOME GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORK DONE IN TIME FOR THE OLYMPICS. THESE ITEMS INCLUDE BUILDING REPA.IRS SUCH AS: REPLACE PLUMBING, REPLACE LIGHTING, REPAINT INTERIOR, REPLACE EXTERIOR FINISH, AND REFURBISH DISPLAYS (INCL. REPAIR ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS).
