The proposed work consists of resurfacing, patching, milling, striping, raised pavement markers, and curb cuts for wheelchair ramps along a 13.807-mile section of State Route (SR) 3 from SR 96 to the Flint River Bridge/Upson County line in Taylor County, Georgia (Figure I). The project will take place within existing right-of-way (ROW) which varies throughout. The limits of construction will be 5 feet from the edge of pavement.
