Project EDS-35(19 and 20), Grady and Thomas Counties, Assessment of No Adverse Effect, Playtime Plantations Historic District

U.S. 319/S.R. 35 presently connects the city of Thomasville with Tallahassee, Florida and is a segment of Georgia's proposed "Economic Development Highway System" The present average daily traffic volume of five to six thousand vehicles per day for the 13.8 miles between Thomasville and the Florida state line represents a major arterial route in southwest Georgia. Approximately 12% of the traffic is large trucks.
