Environmental Corporation of America (ECA) has completed an Archaeological Assessment for the federal undertaking at the subject site. The proposed undertaking would include a proposed 100-foot by I 00-foot (30-meter by 30-meter) lease area that would include a 320-foot overall height guyed-type telecommunications structure and associated ground-level support equipment. The facility would be accessible by a proposed approximate 201-foot long by 40-foot wide (61-meter by 12-meter) access/utility easement. The proposed undertaking would also include three 50-foot wide (15-meter) guy-wire easements each measuring 210 feet (64-meters) in length. The proposed facility would be located off Shore Circle, Alto, Habersham County, Georgia. The proposed undertaking would be located on grassed land surrounded by wooded land at an approximate elevation of 1,388 feet (423 meters). Most of the northeastern guy-wire easement is located in a wooded area. The proposed lease area would measure 100 feet by 100 feet (30 meters by 30 meters).
