Abstract

R.S. Webb & Associates (RSWA), a professional cultural resources management firm, conducted an archeological and historic resources field survey of the above-referenced public safety tower project area. This survey was conducted at the request of, and based upon location information provided by, Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (Wood) and is intended to meet the requirements of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the FCC's Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. This letter details the methods, findings, and conclusions of the archeological survey associated with the larger FCC Form 620/Section 106 assessment of the proposed undertaking.
