Project F-149-1(3), Liberty County, consists of upgrading the existing two lane facility to a four and five lane urban section. The project extends from the eastern city limits of Hinesville to and including the intersection of State Routes 38 and 146 in the community of McIntosh. The project is 4.2 miles long (see Figure 1).
