Cultural Resource Surveys on Fort Benning in Russell County, Alabama, and Chattahoochee County, Georgia

A series of cultural resource surveys were performed on Fort Benning in areas where timber harvesting and a training exercise were to take place. One isolated occurrence in Alabama and one site in Georgia were located. The site has been badly disturbed by previous road construction. We recommend that a determination of "No Effect" to cultural resources be made for all the surveyed areas.
