The GDOT proposes intersection improvements at US 84'SR 38 (Smith Avenue) and CS 551 (Hansell Street) in Thomasville. Thomas County. Georgia. The proposed improvements involve the addition of eastbound and westbound left rum lanes on Smith Avenue. A total of 0.256 acres of right-of-way (0.124 acres in the northwest quadrant and 0.132 acres in the northeast quadrant) will be acquired on the north side of Smith Avenue to complete the project.
