Abstract

Original Description: The proposed project would replace the existing bridge with a new 44-foot wide concrete bridge that is approximately 360 feet in length. The proposed bridge would accommodate two 12-foot travel lanes and two 10-foot shoulders. The proposed bridge would be constructed on new alignment that is offset from the existing bridge centerline approximately 90 feet to the east. The proposed right-of-way (ROW) width would be a maximum of 180 feet. Traffic would be maintained on the existing bridge during construction. Addendum: The original project concept for the White Oak Creek bridge has been altered and there are three design changes to the proposed project. Due to plan refinements, the project limits have been reduced by 25 feet. At present, the project limit is 2,975 feet. In addition, the maximum ROW has been expanded from 180 feet to 281 feet. This maximum ROW is located only in the vicinity of a drain pipe near the southern end of the (continued on attached sheet).
