Construct a new bridge about 50 ft south of existing one, using existing bridge during construction. The project area was archaeologically surveyed in 2002 and a report was submitted to and approved by GDOT. The project has since undergone minor design changes including the addition of a sediment basin on the east side of Big Cotton Indian Creek and increasing the widening of the right-of-way by 20 feet. This negative finding short form has been prepared to address those changes in the project area. All area of potential effect for the current design was surveyed in 2002, so this form presents no new data and includes no new field work.
