Abstract

This proposed project was surveyed and concurrence received in 1999. The original project, proposed widening of SR 15/US 129, remains the same except for the following: numerous temporary driveway easements and sediment basins are now required. New right-of-way will be required for these basins and easements, varying in width from approximately 10' to 100', and varying in length from approximately 40' to 250'. Total project length remains the same at 10.4 miles. No existing or eligible National Register resources were located within the project's area of potential environmental effect. It is concluded, therefore, that the project will have no effect upon archeological resources on or eligible for inclusion in the NRHP provided that the project conforms to that described above.
