The proposed project was originally surveyed with concurrence received in 2001. The original project remains the same except for the following: due to revisions to the proposed ditches, removal of side barriers on Parcels 11 and 13, and construction of a wall on Parcel 3, permanent easements and new right-of-way are required, varying in length from approximately 24' to 520' and varying in width from approximately 12' to 120'. No existing or eligible National Register resources were located within the project's area of potential environmental effect.
