Provide traffic signal plans for the upgrade of nine existing traffic signal installations in the City of Moultrie, Colquitt County. The work will include installing new and replacement signalization equipment, modifying curbs ro enhance pedestrian access and modifying (by adding and/or removing) signing and pavement markings. Additional site specific modifications include: Intersection 3. Move catch basin and gutter flow line on northwest corner Intersection 4. Install island on southwest corner Intersection 5. Install bulb out on northwest corner and connect pedestrian ramp to sidewalk that is 2-3 ft higher than road grade, and radius improvements on southwest corner Intersection 6. Radius improvement on southwest corner.
