Abstract

A Phase I cultural resources survey was conducted for the proposed Pumpkinvine Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) expansion in Paulding County, Georgia. The proposed project consists of the approximately 5.0-acre expansion of the current facilities at the Pumpkinvine WRF in northern Paulding County. One historic period isolated find was identified within the project area during the survey. No archeological sites or standing historic (over 50 years old) structures were identified within the Area of Potential Effects (APE) of the proposed undertaking. Based on survey results, the proposed undertaking would result in no effect to properties listed on or eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. No further cultural resource investigations are recommended for the proposed Pumpkinvine Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) expansion project.
