The proposed project would consist of replacing the structurally deficient bridge located on CR 246/Brownwood Road over Big Indian Creek in Morgan County. The proposed 130-foot long bridge would have two 11-foot travel lanes (one in each direction) with 4-foot shoulders on each side. The project would include new paving that would begin approximately 250 feet west of the existing bridge and would end approximately 250 feet east of the existing bridge. Existing right-of-way varies between 61 feet and 85 feet, and proposed right-of-way would be 100 feet.
