The proposed project consists of the construction of a new metal District Six Sign Shoo building. The building would be located adjacent to Old Martin Road/CR 130 across the street from an existing maintenance compound northwest of the city of Cartersville. The building would measure approximately 18.3 m x 30.5 m (60 ft x 100 ft) with a 6.1 m x 30.5 m (20 ft x 100 ft) parking shelter. No additional right-of-way would be required for the completion of the proposed project. An archaeological survey consistent with the project description was conducted along the entire project corridor.
