This addendum is the second addendum to the Cultural Resources Phase I Survey conducted on the AT&T Fiber Optic Conduit Route at the St. Mary's River Crossing, the Satilla River Crossing, and from Macon, Georgia to. SR 230 report. This second addendum presents the findings of the survey performed from Atlanta to the border of South Carolina. During this survey road right-of-ways (ROW) were examined to determine if any Cultural Resources would be impacted by the placement of the proposed fiber optic line. Areas and outside of the road right-of-ways were pedestrian surveyed and shovel tested. No archaeological sites were found during the survey.
