Provide traffic signal plans for the upgrade of existing traffic signal installations at ten intersections in the City of Waycross. The work will include installing new and replacement signalization equipment, modifying curbs to enhance pedestrian access and modifying (by adding or removing) signing and pavement markings. In 2007 existing right-of-way and a project area extending out 50 ft in each quadrant was archeologically surveyed at each of the ten intersections (Gresham 2007). In 2011, 25 to 1,200 sq ft of additional right-of-way was added to eight of the intersections. According to the revised 2011 plans, all of the new parcels of right-of-way are within the area surveyed in 2007. Thus, no additional fieldwork was required.
