The proposed project would consist of the Northeast Monticello Bypass from the intersection of SR 16 north to SR 83. The overall project length would be 3.2 miles. The proposed typical section would be comprised of one 12-ft. travel lane in each direction with 10-ft. grassed shoulders (4-ft. of each to be paved). The project is primarily all on new location with tie-ins to SR 16, CR 363, and SR 83. The proposed right-of-way would vary from 120-ft. to 200-ft. wide.
