The proposed project is maintenance of one structure along US 41 over SR 280 in Cobb County. The proposed project would consist of removing and replacing the bridge deck and edge beams, repairing the bent caps, and painting the ends of the beams and bearings at the abutments.

This project proposes to change the original project design as follows: 1. Re-design the left side ditch from Station 28+30 to 224+00 to minimize impacts to GPC transmission lines and reduce the right-of-way requirements on the left side. 2.

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project CSSTP-0007-00(483), Chatham County, has been surveyed with respect to archeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places

Archeological Survey of Project BR-0004-00(729), Muscogee County.

Archeological Survey of Project BRZLB-239(3), Quitman County. The proposed project would replace two narrow and structurally deficient bridges, both built in 1958, on CR 84/Union Church Road over Pataula Creek Overflow and Pataula Creek located approximately 2.5 miles north of Morris, Georgia.

Archeological Survey of Project NHS-0004-00(290), Seminole County. The proposed project would reconstruct portions of the deficient underground drainage system in the city of Donalsonville, at two intersections along SR 38/US 84 and along CS 566/First Street (see attached location map).

The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the 195 by 30 ft reinforced concrete bridge along SR 47 over Keg Creek (see attached location map). The existing bridge would be replaced with a 195 by 44 ft reinforced concrete bridge.

This project proposes to widen SR 347 from I-985 to McEver Rd. for a total of 1.7 mile. This project will create an urban roadway section consisting of two lanes in each direction divided by a 20 foot raised median. Concurrence was received following the original survey in August 2005.

This project proposes to widen and reconstruct SR 92 from Nebo Road northward to SR 120, in Paulding County. This project was originally surveyed in March of 2006 with no existing or eligible National Register resources located (please see attached clearance letter).
