The proposed project would construct two passing lanes on new location along State Route 36 in Talbot and Upson Counties. Site #1 is a westbound passing lane that will begin at Mile Post (MP) 20.40 in Talbot County and extend to MP 22.79. Site #2 is an eastbound passing lane that will begin at MP 0.05 in Upson County and extend to MP 1.79. The existing right-of-way is 100 feet and an additional200 feet of right of way would be required.
