The APE for the project includes everything within the proposed construction project length along Robert B. Miller Road and Gulfstream Road, and within the maximum extent of the existing and proposed tight-of-way as described on the attached sheet. The APE consists of a series of miscellaneous easements and driveway easements extending off the prior EPEI survey area from 2009 and 2011, along the eastern bound Gulfstream Road and Robert B. Miller Road.
