The proposed project would consist of improvements to existing drainage systems and structures along SR 23 and SR 4 in Folkston (see attached location map). Drainage systems would be improved on both sides of SR 23 between Bay Street and Main Street and both sides of SR 4 between Magnolia Street and Main Street. Improvements include replacing storm drain pipe, catch basins, gutters, drop inlets and some possible outfall pipes. The total length of the project is 0.7 mile. Existing right-of-way is 70-ft along SR 23 and 100-ft along SR 4. Anticipated Required ROW and/or Construction Easements would be approximately 10 to 15 feet beyond the existing ROW line.
