The proposed project would consist of road maintenance activities along a 6.35 mile section of State Route (SR) 54 in Fulton County from the Clayton County line to University Avenue, in the vicinity of Atlanta, Georgia (Figure 1). These maintenance activities include the installation of handicapped-accessible ramps, milling, patching, resurfacing, striping, and placement of raised pavement markers. Striping will occur on all bridges with concrete decks. No work is proposed beyond 5-ft. of the existing edge of pavement. All work would occur along SR 54 within the existing right-of-way (ROW).
