The above referenced 300 x 200 foot borrow area, located in the Tall Pines subdivision, south of 1st Avenue, in Albany, Georgia, has been field reviewed by Lamar Frazier, District 4 Materials Engineer. These findings were reviewed in the Office of Environment/Location and we concur with the finding that no wetlands, threatened and endangered species, archaeological resources, and historical resources are located within the borrow area. This project is cleared with the understanding that all applicable permits have been obtained and that all appropriate erosion control measures will be implemented and properly maintained in order to prevent run-off.
