These provisions are necessary to ensure our compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, as amended, and lo minimize project delays.
1. Bridge Location ID 25 1-00081 X-000.63S, Screven County: The area designated on the enclosed project construction sheet is an "Environmentally Sensitive Area". The contractor shall ensure that no additional construction activities including use of easements, staging, construction, vehicular use, borrow or waste activities shall take place in the eastern quad, east of the roadway, and beyond 150 feet from the northeast end of the bridge.
2. Bridge Location ID 251 -00l66X-002.76S, Screven County: The area designated on the enclosed project construction sheet is an "Environmentally Sensitive Area". The contractor shall ensure that no additional construction activities including use of easements, staging, construction, vehicular use, borrow or waste activities shall take place in the western quad, north of the roadway.
3. Bridge Location ID 251-00194X-000.59E, Screven County: The area designated on the enclosed project construction sheet is an "Environmentally Sensitive Area". The contractor shall ensure that no additional construction activities including use of easements, staging, construction, vehicular use, borrow or waste activities shall take place in the northwestern quad, north of the roadway.
4. Bridge Location ID 251-01478F-000.50N, Screven County: The area designated on the enclosed project construction sheet is an "Environmentally Sensitive Area". The contractor shall ensure that no additional construction activities including use of easements, staging, construction, vehicular use, borrow or waste activities shall take place in the northwest quad, north of the roadway, and beyond 150 feet from the west end of the bridge.
