The project entails the construction through horizontal directional drilling of a pipeline tie-in to a previously constructed pipeline perpendicular to Highway 411 in Rome, GA. Temporary workspace is required to the north and south of Highway 411. Some of the workspaces are within the Georgia Department of Transportation (DOT) right-of-way, while others are located in previously undisturbed areas parallel to the existing pipeline.
