This project investigated a half-mile segment along SR 211 and an additional half-mile along SR 124 centered on their intersection in Barrow County, Georgia. The improvements will provide dual left-turn lanes on SR 211. Additionally, the project would set alignment for future four-lane widening projects for SR 124 and SR 211. The proposed improvement corridor includes approximately 0.25 mile along each leg of SR 124 and SR 211 from their intersection in Barrow County. The proposed ROW will be expanded no more than 100 feet.
