Abstract

Changes to the project include changes to the amount of right-of-way (ROW) required for the project and changes to the proposed culvert carrying Stream I under College Street/CS 782. At the time of the approved AOE and CE, approximately 0.79 acre (34,412 square feet) of additional ROW was anticipated to be needed for the project. Since approval of the AOE and CE, it has been determined that approximately 0.833 acre (36,325 square feet) of ROW would be required for the proposed project, an increase of approximately 0.043 acre (1,913 square feet). It should also be noted that due to the project changes 0.4 acre (18,895.15 square feet) of temporary construction easement would be required along the north side of SR 156 for a total of approximately 0.65 acre (28,430 square feet) of temporary easement for the project as a whole.
